I'm a recent transplant to the Triangle area and am loving it so far!

 

Before moving to Apex, I lived and worked in Charleston, SC, in the professional theatre industry. Though I loved that work, I knew it was time for a change—one that incorporated my love for helping people achieve their best, my renewed focus on fitness and wellness, and my desire to be more present for myself and the people in my life. When my husband's job brought us to NC, I knew it was the perfect time to make that shift and open my private practice in massage, bodywork, and private voice. I'm so fortunate to have a wonderful studio space in our home, allowing me to run my massage practice while maintaining a selective vocal studio to support local singers and actors. ​

 

When I'm not with clients, you can usually find me exploring local green spaces and trails, spending time in the gym, hunting down delicious local food, traveling, or hanging out at home with my husband, Tyler, our big orange cat, Ollie, and our humongous Goldendoodle, Opie.
